Our Rates:

Our normal labor rate is $40.00 an hour with a maximum labor charge of $120.00 for any service
we do on-site, on our workbench, or via Remote Control.
* This does not include our Spring Cleaning special or OS re-installation services.

Our Services:

If we can’t work on your computer on-site for whatever reason
We offer FREE Pick-up and delivery of your PC or Laptop.
We will pick up your PC or Laptop from anywhere in Onondaga County (surrounding areas outside Onondaga County there will be a $15.00 charge). Your home, Office, Shopping center, where ever you would like us to come

We offer FREE Online Backup of your data thru  Microsoft OneDrive or Google Drive
On every PC or Laptop that we work on we will ask to install a FREE On-line Backup package.
We will install either Microsoft’s 5 gig free OneDrive  or Google’s 15 gig GoggleDrive on your system and set it up to backup important Documents and Pictures and other important files.
This is a safe and reliable way to keep your data safe and easily recoverable in case of data loss.

If you need more backup space, more is available at either supplier for a very low cost

The issues brought on by these include Blue Screen Error’s, Lockup’s, Slow-downs, Long or No loading of software, ect. But we at Computel Computer Services can handle this for you.
